This Privacy Policy explains how Practical Digital Finds ("we," "us"), a personally operated website, handles information when you visit or contact us.

When you use the Contact or Suggest a Find form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this to read and respond to your message and to consider your suggestion. Submissions are stored in the website's database, are visible only to site administrators, and are never published on the website.
Administrator accounts
This website has sign-in accounts for site administrators only. Visitors do not need, and cannot create, an account to read the site. When an administrator signs in, the browser keeps a sign-in record so they stay signed in.
Images and content
Images shown on this website are uploaded by site administrators. Visitors cannot upload files.
Hosting
This website is built and hosted with Lovable and uses Lovable Cloud to store website content, contact submissions, administrator accounts, and uploaded images. The hosting service processes technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Hosting and security logs are managed by the provider; we do not specify a retention period for those logs because it has not been verified.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
The current website does not include site-added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, marketing automation, or newsletter tracking. Ordinary public pages do not set site-added cookies or local-storage records for readers. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the administrator's session; this is not advertising tracking.
At this revision, the website has not been published, so Lovable's published-site visitor analytics are not collecting visits. The hosting platform's visitor-analytics setting must be checked before launch, and this policy must be updated if analytics will be used. This statement does not describe telemetry associated with the Lovable editor or its previews.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve these files, sending technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. This is separate from Google Analytics, which is not installed on this website.
Videos

We do not process purchases or payments on this website. All purchases — including our own products — happen on external websites, including Etsy, The Notary Support Network, and third-party sellers. When you follow a purchase or affiliate link, you leave this website. The seller, platform, payment provider, or affiliate network handles information you provide there and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Data retention and your requests
Contact form messages and suggestions, including the name and email address submitted with them, are retained until the owner manually deletes them; they do not expire automatically.
You may request deletion of your contact form information through the Contact & Suggest a Find form. Identify the earlier submission so we can locate it, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. You can use the same form to ask about access to your information or other privacy rights that may apply where you live. Deleting a submission does not establish a deletion schedule for provider-managed logs or backups.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
